Being a mom is awesome. Being a busy mom is.... well which mom is not busy anyway? You surely deserves some "me time" like everyone else does. Spending an hour a week among 168 hours to get some fresh air won't hurt your precious whole time.

I agree. since I have a full time job, I have to wise in using my free time. weekends are usually devoted to cleaning the house, laundry, going to the market, preparing food for my family and other household chores, and performing my church duties... not to forget the afternoon playtime and/or naptime with the kids.

I may be able to really have a free-time when both kids go to school. For now I only enjoy me-time when hubby watches them, but still being they're still little ones, I like to be really hands-on with them :-)

being a mother of two ages 3 and 6 is somewhat challenging. Although i can get a little time off for myself when my 3 year old goes to nap, still i don't consider that little time of i have is for resting or relaxation, that's the only time i get to do things like chores and do my online work where where i can have my peace of mind without having to worry of someone bugging me. being a mother is really tough especially for those unexperienced ones.

As a mother ,is not easy this would be the hardest and funniest part of a life.Hard because you need to responsible mother for your kids and responsible wife for your husband..So,,mommy's should have their free time also..

i love the first table set-up + the chair to go with a stark white wall {probably peppered with some photos or some of my kid's doodle for inspiration ;)}...now your post is making me wish i have a home office, too! ^_^

renting out books sounds like an interesting, not to mention, a more practical plan. just imagine the countless number of books you can rent out instead of shelling a lot of money to buy them all! i must check this one out! :)

Like Eihdra, during my college days I use to rent books and it really cuts my budget. Imagine if I am going to buy all the books in one semester it will be about 6-8 different books.
